A note from the family

We host one wedding at a time, and we do not charge for the sunset.

Carl and Heather Chambers bought this land in 2019 with their four children, and turned the working ranch into the kind of venue they wished they could have had themselves — beautiful, affordable, and run by people who pick up the phone when you call.

The chapel is air-conditioned. The reception barn is three thousand square feet. The deck overlooks two hundred and seventy acres of Texas Hill Country. And on your wedding weekend, no one else gets the keys.

The Wagon Springs herd

You are the only venue in the Hill Country with a white buffalo.

A working ranch isn't a backdrop here — it's the whole point.

Carl and Heather keep a bison herd on the property, including a rare white buffalo that made the local news the spring her calf was born. On your wedding day, that herd grazes the same fields your photographer will walk you through at golden hour.

No staged barn. No rented animals trucked in for the afternoon. Just two hundred and seventy acres of real Texas — and the kind of portrait nobody else in the state can give you.
